Public Notice: Invitation for Nominations – Padma Awards 2027

The Padma Awards—namely Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Shri—are among the highest civilian honors of India. These awards recognize exceptional and distinguished service across diverse fields such as Art, Literature & Education, Sports, Medicine, Social Work, Science & Engineering, Public Affairs, Civil Services, Trade & Industry, and more.

Citizens of Haryana are invited to nominate deserving individuals who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields. Special emphasis is placed on identifying unsung heroes and individuals whose work reflects excellence combined with a strong element of public service.

Nominations for the Padma Awards 2027 are to be submitted online through the official portal:         https://awards.gov.in

In addition, applicants/nominators are requested to submit a copy of the completed nomination along with relevant supporting documents to the Department of Art & Cultural Affairs, Haryana at:
artandculturalaffairahry@gmail.com

While submitting nominations, it must be ensured that:

* Complete and accurate details are filled in the prescribed format
* The nominee’s achievements clearly demonstrate excellence and impact
* Supporting documents are attached, wherever required

Please submit the nominations online on the offical portal i.e. https://awards.gov.in  by 20th May, 2026 and take print and submit the same to Art and Cultural Affairs Department with attachments on Department email Id:  artandculturalaffairahry@gmail.com
