Registration of folk dance troupes is being done from all the districts of Haryana state.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. It is mandatory for the choreographer/team leader to bring documents related to the dance form and the related documents will also be inspected.
2. The minimum age of a folk dance choreographer must be 35 years. Live presentation will also be given by the choreographer.
3. The age of the co-star should not be less than 18 years.
4. A member registered in any one group will be able to present only in his registered group. If any member is found presenting in any other group, the registration of his entire group will be canceled by the department.
5. There should not be any kind of police case or court case against any party member. If any legal case is found against any artist, his registration will be canceled by the department and he will not be given the task of performing in any program organized by the department.
6. It is mandatory for all the artists to be in traditional and clean costumes.
7. In the programs organized by the department, no advance or cash will be given to the cultural folk dance groups contracted by the state. The Department will make the payment directly into the bank account of the individual artist through RTGS only.
8. After the presentation, the bills and related documents provided for payment of honorarium should be verified by the team leader. No cutting or whitener of any kind should be used in bills. The team leader himself will be responsible for delay in payment if any deficiency is found in the documents related to the bills.
