ELIGIBILITY & GUIDELINES

The participant must be a native/resident of Haryana and must bring a valid Aadhaar Card.
Each participating group must consist of 8 to 10 artists.
Each group must have at least 3 to 4 Been players.
The performance must be presented in traditional Haryanvi folk attire.
No Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to the participants for attending the competition.
The decision of the Jury/Selection Committee shall be final and binding.
